不是交付給 SOHO 去達成？會花費多少「成本」？

一、尋找資訊工程師？最少月薪三萬以上！
二、尋找系統商施工？最少標案十萬以上！
三、尋找整體計畫下？最少花費三～四十萬！


但？

同樣的情況下，釋出「各種 SOHO 責任」，
這只是「打一場「迷糊仗」來解釋問題？」

當然啦？

人們需要的報酬賦予？不見得會正常！

就如？

這次報價一千元；甚至是「莫名其妙」毫無規劃的現況！
